Artist Statement:
When experienced slowly and with intention, the physical act of making becomes its own language. I aim to share that language. Much of my recent work centers on process-based fiber art. Each thread was given time and care to become part of something larger. Weaving and knitting are processes that hold both calm and chaos, a tension I try to capture in the pieces. These pieces are fueled by my curiosity about form and process, and by the obsessive focus required to bring them into being.
